We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
